After the Icelandic vulcano Eyjafjallajokull (ay-yah-FYAH-lah-yer-kuhl) decided to spill several toxic ash clouds over Europe, all air traffic in Western Europe was suspended for a day or two. This timelapse video shows what happened after European air space was said to be safe again.

One thing I do not understand: Why are there only a few flights from and to France?

This is really something for lazy people who have a big lawn! Just put gas in it and let the machine do the work for you. Just don’t think about what could happen when the rope breaks, though.

Sometimes a trick is successful, but the final landing fails. In this case, even the landing succeeds but somehow I don’t get the feeling they are happy with the end result.

Small Meteorite fell on Tel Aviv beach

This little rock looks like it is really really hot! According to the BBC the meteorite first penetrated a boat hull, and started to burn fiercly right after it hit the ground.

All this happened on a beach near the town of Bat Yam nearby Tel Aviv, Israel. People from all around gathered to watch the spectacle.

I wonder how healthy it is to stand that close to a burning rock that fell from the sky, though.

Woman fined for Worst Parking Job Ever

A woman who was responsible for one of the worst ever attempts at parking a car has been fined $500.

Tripta Kaushal was caught on camera as she tried to park her BMW X5 in the car park of a gym in Thornhill, Canada.

As the 62-year-old tried to move into a space, she lunged forward, jumping her car onto the bonnet (and to be honest, roof) of two other vehicles.

She then fled the scene and More..was only identified after CCTV footage was reviewed by cops, who presumably took some time to stop laughing.

Kaushal appeared at Ontario Court of Justice for failing to report the incident and was fined the $500 — meaning we get to laugh at this clip again.

The judge also ordered her to pay damages to the owners of the other cars and placed her on six months probation.

Crazy wind speeds hit couple in ski elevator

No idea what got them in that position, but they sure get hit hard by wind and snow there! The operators probably had to turn off the ski lift because of bad weather, but I wonder why they didn’t let those people out first.
