Small Meteorite fell on Tel Aviv beach
This little rock looks like it is really really hot! According to the BBC the meteorite first penetrated a boat hull, and started to burn fiercly right after it hit the ground.
All this happened on a beach near the town of Bat Yam nearby Tel Aviv, Israel. People from all around gathered to watch the spectacle.
I wonder how healthy it is to stand that close to a burning rock that fell from the sky, though.

George Bush doesn’t seem to like Black People
This video shows an awkward moment: George Bush visits Haiti together with Bill Clinton, to support the locals after the earthquake. They also meet some of the local people, and George Bush shakes hands with one of them. But then something happens: Watch him wipe off his hand on Bill Clinton’s shirt at 0:14 after he shook a black man’s hand.
What do you think: Does he just have sweaty hands or is he reluctant to shake hands with black people?

Michael Jackson’s lethal injection syringe for sale!
Oh man, the MJ story keeps getting more spicy every month, even though he has been dead for a while now. Now someone claims to have obtained the needle and plans to get at least 5 million USD for it at an auction.
It sounds a bit cruel, but on the other hand it might be a good investment, because its value will probably increase over time.
From Daily Telegraph:
“The syringe that allegedly administered a fatal dose of drugs to Michael Jackson is reportedly set to go on sale for $5 million (£3.3m) in Las Vegas.
The needle is believed to have been obtained secretly and is apparently being offered around Las Vegas auction houses.
Michael Jackson’s family are said to have been informed by lawyers representing the unnamed seller and are reportedly desperate to stop the sale.
The bizarre artefact could go under the hammer on June 25 – the first anniversary of the singer’s death in Los Angeles. (…)”

Guinness World Record Smallest Man in the World dies
From nydailynews.com:
“Twenty-nine-inch tall He Pingping, the shortest man on record, died last week in Rome where he had gone to film a segment for a local show, a Guinness World Records spokesman announced Monday. He was 21.
The cause was heart-related, Guinness said.
Pingping, who measured 2 feet, 5 inches, was born in Wulanchabu, China, with a form of primordial dwarfism. He was officially recognized as the world’s shortest adult in March 2008.”
Looks like a cool guy to me! Too bad he passed away, may he rest in peace.

Man killed by urinating on powerline
MONTESANO, Wash. — Authorities believe a Washington man was killed by accidentally urinating on a downed power line after a car crash.
Grays Harbor County sheriff’s Deputy Dave Pimentel (PIM’-en-tel) said Monday 50-year-old Roy Messenger was not seriously hurt after he collided with a power pole Friday and called a relative to pull his car from a ditch.
However, family members found Messenger electrocuted when they arrived.
Pimentel says Messenger apparently urinated into a roadside ditch but didn’t see the live wire. The urine stream likely served as a conductor, allowing the electricity to reach his body.
Pimentel says there will be an autopsy but burn marks indicated the way the electricity traveled through Messenger’s body.
